Tuition

  • We require all students to have an updated credit card on file.
    • Tuition payments are due the 1st of each month and will be automatically drafted from the card we have on file
    • Any late payments past the 10th of the month will result in a late fee charge of $15. We will email you on the 1st of the month if your card does not go through so please update your card asap to avoid this fee.
    • Dance program runs September – June.  The program that your child is enrolled in is broken down into 10 monthly payments with no finance or interest charge.
    • We do not freeze memberships or refund classes for missed classes. You can do a makeup class in any class for your child’s age group.
    • You must take makeup classes in a timely manner before the end of the session because they can not roll over into summer.
    • We strive to have each month of tuition cover about 4 classes however due to holidays, this is sometimes just not possible. In the case of inclement weather or unforeseen closures, classes can be made up in any other class on our schedule. See calendar section for more info.
    • Once your child is registered, if you wish to withdraw them from classes, you must do so in writing.  This written notification must be received 30 days before your next draft date.
  • June tuition is charged as a full month although you may only 1-2  classes during it. The other portion of June’s tuition goes directly towards rehearsal and recital days for our teachers instead of charging an additional performance fee.

Account

  • All students have an account that can be accessed on our website. Use this to update your billing info, register for classes/events, and shop our online store.
  • If you filled out a paper registration form, you can use your email address to access this account

Inclement Weather

We generally follow the Lakeland Central School District for ALL WEATHER RELATED delays/closures. We will share closings and/or openings pertaining to weather via email and Instagram/Facebook.

SNOW DAY/UNFORESEEN CLOSURE POLICY: If OMT has to close for any reason, any dancers affected by that closure can come to any class on our schedule for their age group the following week for a makeup. If OMT has to close more than 3 times for bad weather on a particular day, we will then set up a specific day/time that will be a makeup day for those classes pending studio availability. PLEASE check your email and our social media pages daily especially bad weather events, and before your weekly classes, to ensure you have up to date information! This info is listed on our website and in our parent/student handbook!

Dance Recital https://onmytoesdance.com/recital/

  • Our Dance Recital will be on Saturday June 7th and Sunday June 8th. We will have (2) rehearsal days this year on Tuesday 6/3 & Wednesday 6/4. Your dancer will most likely have to only attend one day unless they are in multiple classes or on a team. Attendance is mandatory.
  • All information regarding the recital and costumes fees will be announced during the Fall.
  • Costume payments are automatically charged to the card we have on file. We will give you adequate time to prepare for this additional cost. Costumes are non-refundable. We will automatically charge the account we have on file on 11/15 for this costume.
  • You will receive detailed information in the recital packet which will be handed out in February/March.
  • June tuition includes not only the classes at the studio but also rehearsal and recital day which may be why your class does not meet for a full month in June.

Etiquette

  • Please keep voices down in the lobby.  It filters into the dance rooms and office areas.
  • All children in the lobby must be chaperoned at all times.
  • No street shoes are allowed in the dance rooms.  This includes parents and siblings.
  • If you plan to drop off your dancer, you use Zoom to view their class! Just go to https://onmytoesdance.com/zoom-links/ and enter password the password we emailed to you. This is for all little kid classes only.

Monthly Newsletter & Social Media Platforms

A monthly newsletter will be emailed out to all students on the 1st of each month and posted on our social media accounts. This newsletter has all important information for the entire month.  We will use email, facebook & instagram as our main forms of communicating important dates/times/events.
